Pal Design accepts returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt
【7-day calculation example】
1. Home delivery: Arrived on 10/10, seven-day appreciation period from 10/11 to 10/17
2. Convenience stores: Arrived on 10/10, picked up by customer on 10/12, seven-day appreciation period from 10/13 to 10/19
[Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases 】
1. The appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
2. The product accessories are incomplete, including the product itself, tag, invoice, and accessories.
3. If the product has obvious signs of use or washing, is damaged, or is dirty or stained with makeup, Perfume, smoke, strange smell, etc.
4. Overseas delivery We apologize that we are unable to provide return or exchange service at this time.
【Return and Exchange Notice】
1. Only one return (exchange) service is provided for each order.
2. If the product is defective or the wrong product is sent, the return shipping fee and re-delivery shipping fee will be borne by the company.
3. If you apply for exchange due to personal reasons, the freight for exchange shall be paid by the buyer, and the freight for exchange product shall be paid by our company.
4. If you return the goods, the refund amount is the product price, excluding shipping costs.
5. If the order amount does not meet the free shipping standard after return, the refund amount will be deducted from the original order shipping fee.
【Return and Exchange Operation】
1. If you need to return the product, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of returned product", "reason for return and photos" and other information. Our customer service staff will assist you in the return or exchange process after receiving it.
【Refund Processing】
1. After the return is completed, the product price minus the shipping fee will be refunded by the credit card company within 7 working days.
