Q: Do I need to join the membership to order?
A: No, but becoming a member will make it easier to track the order or enjoy member activities.

Q: I did not join the membership when I purchased before. How can I know my order information?
A: Please contact us by email and provide your name and phone number, and we will check for you.

Q: How long will it take to receive the goods after placing an order?
A: All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 days (excluding overseas orders).
If you need to receive the product as soon as possible for special reasons, Please contact us by email.

Q: What should I do if the recipient's name does not match the ID when picking up the package at a convenience store and I cannot receive it?
A: When the goods are shipped, the system will generate a shipping note based on the receiving information filled in when purchasing. Please be sure to fill in the correct receiving information.
If you are unable to pick up the package, you will be required to bear the re-delivery fee. After the package is returned to our warehouse by the convenience store, we will help you send it out again.

Q: Can I exchange the clothes if they are not the right size?
A: Yes. Please see Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Q: The product I received seems to be defective, what should I do?
A: Please take a photo or video of the defective part and contact us by email within seven days. If it is a defect, someone will assist you in exchanging the product.

Q: My clothing is accidentally damaged, can it be repaired?
A: Yes. We recommend that you take a photo of the area that needs repair and contact us by email so that someone can serve you.
